5 Pounds of Fat

Advice of a lifetime: Focus on losing 5 pounds First!


  1. Keep going, a little bit every day. It's kinda gross but I put the 5 pound fat model on my Christmas list. A vivid reminder of what I'm working off.

  2. Thanks Stoobiedoo :) It's a reminder we all need to remember. I have fun facts posted in a picture frame in the living room. One of the facts states that, "to burn an M&M, just one M&M, you have to walk 2 laps of a footbal field stretch". I wish you all the best on your journey also.
